Types of calcium alginate dressings

According to the mechanism of action and different parts of patients, medical calcium alginate dressings are mainly divided into two types:

Emergency Department: Treatment of exudate and local hemostasis

Neurosurgery, nursing ward, dermatology: moderate/severe exudate and wounds with cavities, such as pressure sores, ulcers and other wounds

Endocrinology: Diabetic foot ulcer wounds, lower limb veins, arterial ulcer wounds

Surgery: wounds after abdominal and chest surgery, wounds after incision and drainage of abscesses
